Instructions on how to show your face and say your first name without consequences

I'm just messing around on this site today. Tomorrow I'm going to work, and I run into a coworker. He shows me a photo and then asks, "Is that you?"

I look at the photo and say no. In the same breath after I said NO, I asked him what he was doing on that site and what he was looking at.

Either he turns around immediately and leaves, or he says something like "ähm, yes, ähm, yes, ähm, ähm" and then stammers some excuse.

Because he didn't leave, he wants to continue. That's okay, fine by me, let's continue.

I'm sure he'll show me the photo again and say something like, "Look, that's you!"

I glance over briefly and then reply, "That's not me."

He looks at the photo, then at me, then back at the photo, then at me again, and then he says, "That's you, doesn't it? Looks just like you."

I replied, "That's right, it looks like me, but that's not me."

He looks at the photo again, then at me, and says, "If that's not you, then it could be your twin brother."

I replied to him, "That's right, he looks so much like me, he could be my brother, but he's not me."

Now there's the case with my first name; logically, he can only have gotten it either from me or from my profile if I entered it there.

The person in the photo looks so much like you, even has your first name, and you want to claim that's not you?

That's a really strange coincidence, that's not me.

Tell him again that it's a really unlikely coincidence that he looks so much like you and even has the same name.

Then I'll say again, unlikely but not impossible, I'm not that.

See, he can do and say whatever he wants, but I'm still not that person.

What does he intend to do? Present legally admissible, irrefutable evidence? I'm curious to see what he does.
