The first thing I notice about a man is his eyes.
Smiling eyes. Tired Eyes. Twinkling eyes. Hard eyes.
They can draw me in or push me away.
Blue eyes. Green eyes.
Color doesn't truly matter, as long as they're happy but ...
Brown eyes hold an extra attraction for me.
Ode to Brown Eyes
Those eyes, how they affect me.
Not the blue that my mirror reflects
but deep, brown eyes.
So different from my own.
So exotic.
They call to me,
like the mysterious shadows of the forest.
Rich, sweet brown -
a molten lava cake,
delicious and decadent.
Soft, warm brown,
a visual mink coat
caressing me with a glance.
Piercing.
Mesmerizing.
The eyes of a magician
distracting me,
holding me in thrall.
Eyes of spiced rum,
so intoxicating,
and I want to drink ... deeply.

My eyes used to be very brown. But lately, I've noticed they seem to be getting lighter.
Our hair color fades, our skin color fades ... I would not be surprised if our eye color does, too. Getting old gets old after a while.
I have brown eyes and have been attracted to many blue eyed men. Hmm...
It has to be an opposite thing ...
I have blue eyes and like men with brown ...
I don't have a hairy chest and like men who do ...
etc.
I have hazel eyes, and I tend to be more attracted to women that also have hazel eyes.
But honestly, eye color is not a deal breaker for me. 
It isn't for me, either. But everyone has a physical trait (or two) that gives attraction a little extra boost.

I am a sucker for blue eyes….
I’m also a big baseball fan and I’ve always found Max Sherzer’s eyes fascinating. He’s a pitcher for the “almost” World Series champion Blue Jays, but he used to pitch for MY team, the Detroit Tigers.
Heterochromatic eyes are fascinating but I don't find them attractive.

Don't be blue. I've been noticing that silver-haired gents with blue eyes are giving the brown-eyes boys a run for their money.

Probably because I grew up surrounded by blue-eyed people.
Plus, Reggie and Veronica (both brown eyed) were the 'sexy' ones while Archie and Betty were not.

For me, eyes are about truth and connection. Eye contact is central to the kind of work I do. Words can be polished or misleading, but eyes tend to reveal what’s real.
I totally agree. I like eyes but brown ones give it an extra boost. Just like a smile that gets boosted (for me) by dimples.
