Given today's Half Nekkid Wednesday's theme is November 05 : Autumn Colors/Movember, I'm going to address the Movember theme in this blog post.
Until very recently, I've always struggled to grow a decent moustache (never mind beard). I only need to shave about once a week. Even my pet cucumber can grow a much better moustache than me - see image above of my cucumber gloating about his Movember-style moustache.
But in the weekend I came across Macka B, a British reggae artist and widely acclaimed DJ, who went viral with his song about cucumbers. It's a catchy little number.

In the song there's a subliminal message that eating lots of cucumber makes you grow a moustache. I thought what the heck, I should try this for Movember. Below is what I reputedly look like after eating many cucumbers this week. Not only do I now sport a fine moustache, but I've been turned into a dreadlocked Rastaman. All I can say is beware of the cucumber in November!

I never heard that a cucumber could help men grow mustache's that's a first for me. But the picture of the cucumber with the mustache and hat is so cute. Thanks for sharing it with us.

I can honestly say eating cucumbers in November isn't good for you!
I have the same problem. Can't grow a beard to save my life. Mustache is there but very weak as well and once again requires shaving once or twice a week lol. What little does grow now a days shows my age as it is grey. And I have been eating a lot of cucumbers for years so 🤔.
But are you eating cucumbers in November? That's the secret!
