Have you settled into a routine yet? I hope the doctor got you right in. I try to pray when I get anxious. Sometimes it works. And other times I just bawl and melt. I hope you have better luck.

That's part of the problem. Hormones AND finding a routine. We rushed off to TN as soon as I got done with school, and this is the first summer where he's retired, and I'm home every day. I do breathing exercises that distract my brain. (Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 6, release for 8) I might've prayed years ago, but have gotten so far away from God in the past few years. Crying helps, too! I'll take your hugs, and give back more.
Doctor? LMAO! I'm currently looking for a new doctor, since my GP was bought out by a company that's out of network. Earliest appt. is 7/31. FML
Until that last paragraph I was going to say "sounds like you need a 23YO man on call to help settle you down in times like this". Sorry lady - hope you find some relief. 🤗

I get that from time to time with deadlines. I have to unload things to return to normal. I have learned my triggers and avoid them. It sounds like your triggers cannot be avoided. Remember, you are not alone.
I'm always venting. I can't keep it in! Yes, I try to avoid triggers, too. Sometimes, it's just a change in daily routines that throws me off. I really appreciate your comment.

Always! I try to avoid triggers, I've been to therapy, never tried meds.
