Yes, I know it is now Thursday where I am at. I took several pictures for this week's Theme and even had the one I wanted as well as an extra pair ready to post at a bit past 3:30pm CDT when I noticed I was going to be late for a date with Diane so put off posting till I got back from seeing her. That was less than a hour ago and I have again gotten more comfortable, ie. Nude.. I am confident that y'all will understand the reason I am late and my lack of clothes.
For our date we planned on getting out in one of the seldom visited parks to smoke a bit of something to help us relax. The mosquitoes showed up almost immediately and rang the supper bell for the feast at Diane's expense. As is usual they pretty much ignored me. We beat a hasty retreat and drove back to Diane's to pick up her Mosquito repellent and something to calm the itch of the bites she already had. Drove to a closer nature reserve put on the repellent, pulled out the pipe and sat back to enjoy some calm bit of Nature. This time the little blood suckers may have buzzed around but did not feed. It was a lovely time snuggling close, chatting and taking in the relaxing aura. Hung around there for over an hour before hunger and the ever growing cloud of frustrated suckers grew too irritating to put up with any longer. Drove off to a close by IAN's Pizza for supper and more fun conversation before heading back to D's apartment for some Devil's Food cake with Coconut Pecan frosting I had brought along. (I baked and frosted it last night.) I gave her a good foot massage before the cake and we retired to her bed so I could give her a serious head to toe massage followed by skin on skin snuggling soon after. I skipped the coconut oil this time as when I stayed over Saturday I got her skin all oiled up and her muscles all realized from giving her a head to toe massage. I do love the feel of my hands sliding over her skin, hearing her moans of pleasure and the way she lets me know how she thinks she is taking advantage of me when I massage her to an all over state of limp relaxation. I must say that both had delightfully sensual time together. Our relationship is like that. We both believe we are getting the better part of the deal.
Hmm, I seem to have gotten sidetracked from posting my take on this week's HNW theme of favorite HNW Picture. I confess I have most of my HNW pictures for the past five years on file and did review them all. I looked them all over and could not choose a particular favorite but did notice a certain type or style I liked best. Sooo... I took some pictures of type or perhaps I should say style I liked best. That style is my naked body reflected in the colored glass goblets I have sitting on the windowsill of my East facing window. Oh, and partially clothed in the their colored shadows. Hope you like them and my somewhat off-beat take on the theme.
I am sure that my now you regular followers know that my interpretation of Half Clothed is perhaps a tad different from what many others might use. Such as what the coverage consists of, (cloth vs an object vs shadows of various hues and density) where it covers, and how much skin is covered. It appears that my favorite style of HNW picture uses my reflection in an a colored goblet or such covered in various degrees and hues of shadow. Oh! and perhaps considering some non-traditional ideas about what needs to be covered to be considered clothed. I am putting this picture first as it is more traditional in what bit of skin is being covered though not so much in what is doing the covering.
I really like this picture as it shows two reflections of me "wearing" either dark red tinged or dark cobalt blue tinged shadows that I believe provide almost 50% coverage of my otherwise bare skin. I will admit those shadows are not where coverage is traditionally expected. I had several pictures with my reflection in both the red and blue goblets. Chose this one because I like how this one shows me wearing a big smile.
I am including this picture because I really liked my stance, the expression on my face but mostly I just like the overall composition as in where and the way the shadows fall and the position and balance of all the elements.
I am sure you are aware that I did have to manipulate the pictures in ways beyond just cropping them. I did increase the color saturation a bit, the shadow density a lot and increased the contrast as needed. In some of the pictures I also did some adjustments of the color temperature and and tint. I have to say that I find such manipulation fun and can make the picture more dramatic or focused but it is also time consuming. I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions and if you have any, questions, concerning the pictures.
Just a short note on the weather. After having hot, mid 80s to low 90s weather for the first 3 weeks of August as well as high AQIs (Air Quality Index)s this past week has had low AQIs and HIgh temps in the low 70s with a couple only in the high 60s with overnight lows in the 50s much to most everyone's relief. Temps will be moving up for the next week but so far not nearly so high. I do need to get off to Devil's Lake at least one more time this summer.
I wish you all a Happy HNW and may the few days left in this month be good ones. (How did this month fly by so fast?) The Autumn Equinox will be here before we know it and I shall be trading in my short nylon running shorts, sans underwear with and tank tops for light or medium weight long exercise tights, which may or may not be worn with a thong, and T-shirts. Monday and Tuesday were cool enough to skip the shorts and put on a lightweight pair of snug running tights and a Tee.

Mozzys can ruin good times but good that Diane keeps bug repellent in her car. Sounds like you guys had a nice and mellow time
Sure can ruin a good time. Actually we had to drive back to Diane's place for the bug repellent and then found a different closer place. I am lucky in that I mozzys do not like me if someone tastier is handy. Still, even if they do not land their buzzing around is irritating.
We certainly did have a mellow good time and hope to have another one soon.
Sending you big naked mozzyless hugs.
The colored goblets create such an amazing effect. I love the curves and color. And the nakedness
Hugs!!
Thank you lovely PonyGirl. I have done at least one HNW set showing my reflection in the colored goblets or of the colored shadow from the goblets shining on me and loved how those shadows "clothed" me. Of course, I may be thought of as being a tad kinky in my choice of what I leave uncovered and that I enjoy the fact that you and some other women both like that bit of kink and are willing to admit that liking.
Sending you big naked hugs.
I like how you deepened the red and blue.
Thank you lovely superbj!
I think that was, or is, the key to making the pictures better.
Sending you big naked hugs just because you are who you are. Delightful.
Interesting concepts for the shots for sure. And any tardiness is FULLY acceptable given the reason. (Belated) happy HNW.
Thank you Cleavage. I find taking selfies of me reflected in a mirror or better, a colored bit of curved glass is both a rewarding and often frustrating challenge.
As I suspected you and my other followers found my reason for being late posting acceptable. One reason I was so late was I found it very difficult to motivate myself to climb out of bed with Diane and put clothes on for the drive home. Will be seeing her again soon. Having that special someone but not living together has some downsides that are really up sides in the long run.
@justskin1 Sure sounds like a reason to take pictures WITH Diane in bed alongside you to me! 🤣
@CleavageFan4U You are right it would be a good reason even though I feel taking pictures of me and Diane in bed together needs no reason other than that we are naked and together. She prefers not to have such taken and certainly not posted and I defer to her wishes. Your comment does raise the question of who would be taking the pictures of the pair of us in bed.
@justskin1 A real pro (like me!) has a tripod and remote trigger, though S and I have discussed having her photographer friend shoot some more spontaneous ones of us sometime. 😮
@CleavageFan4U I do have a tripod but not a remote trigger. A timer either gives one too little time to get in position and relaxed or too much time so you, or at lease I, stiffen up.
Having one you trust take pictures sounds like a good idea and may even add a little, or a lot, of zest to the pictured activity.
You've chosen three great HNW images. Happy HNW!
Thank You Spunky! As I said these are new pictures but as I noted, they are in the style and theme of the ones that I liked best.
