In college we made a little remote control car that was guided by electrodes placed along the right eye, Works the same way as the control for the arm in this video. The eye tracker was a DARPA thing probably for the Comanche gun control, which was never put into production.
The photo is Marc Chagall's last work Job, a large tapestry, the monochromatic black and white in the top left corner was completed posthumously. It used to hang in the lobby of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, across the street from the Playboy Building. The hospital has been renamed & sold to some big hospital corporation, the non-profit dissolved, the 20+ story building is gone, probably replaced with condos. They're in a little 4 story hospital now up in Lincoln Park/Lakeview, where the Masonic Hospital was.
