Oh Yeah! With that song in mind by Louis Armstrong and my vacation in B.C.coming to a close on Monday, I thought I would remind both myself and others on just how wonderful our world is..
There is so much beauty that surrounds us all,no matter where we live that we can and do take for granted.
When I lived in B.C. within the Canadian Rocky Mountains, I used to myself.
Even though B.C. is my second home, I have become a tourist of sorts once a year to visit my kids.
My sons get a kick out of me now when I come out and snap shots of the breathtaking beauty that they now take for granted themselves. Ontario is a nice province with our lakes and Hills, yet there is no comparison to the Canadian Rockies.Not even in an Ontario fall with the colours of our fall foliage.
Here is my reminder and maybe yours,just how wonderful our entire world is..

Like the song Wonderful World and it is a wonderful world. I have been to Japan and seen Mt. Fuji that was awesome. Seen the Rocky Mountains in the States.

There is so much to enjoy about the natural world, I like hills and valleys deserts as well but maybe I enjoyed most of all the snow capped mountains of Nepal, when the sun catches them right they appear gold. xoxo

I have been to many countries, and found some beauty in each one. The majesty of the Rockies, the serenity of a desert night in the Mojave, the crush of the waves against a rocky shore of an Adriatic Island. There is a quiet beauty to the hills of Scotland, and a visual sensory overload in the lushness of a Uganda jungle. Beauty abounds all around us in the natural world, and even in some man-made scenery. I have learned to appreciate what beauty I can find anywhere I happen to be, but no place is as beautiful to me as wherever I may be when I am with my kids and grandkids.

Those shots from BC are amazing. I grew up in the city, but was never a city person. I yearned for the outdoors. For natural beauty, the most magical sites I have seen are the canyons, buttes and mesas in Utah and the Canadian Rockies. I took a shuttle from Calgary to Banff, then cycled from there up to Jasper. I marveled at every turn with an eye out for grizzlies. Thankfully, I did not see one.
Banff and Jasper are stunning Hun and so glad you got to experience the beauty of it and your own Hun.. xoxo 😘

the two years I lived in Bermuda.. The greenery the world class beaches old Forts the ocean sunsets from my balcony the singing tree frogs and the slower pace of life.....

Most beautiful is the US - so many gorgeous places to visit, and I've been to a lot of them. Love the North Cascades. So, the Canadian Rockies and Switzerland are also right up there. For non-mountains, Tuscany is gorgeous!
