As I celebrate another trip around the sun, I have decided to look forward rather than back this year. The past year has been filled with unexpected challenges and significant milestones, but I'm choosing to focus on the positives and the journey ahead.

Recovering from a broken ankle has been a test of patience and strength. It has taught me more about resilience and the power of perseverance. Despite the hurdles, I have emerged stronger, healthier, and more determined than ever.
I am excited to share that I have made some significant changes during my recovery, including shedding some weight and embracing a healthier lifestyle. Here are a couple of photos of the 'new' me, ready to take on whatever comes next with renewed energy and confidence.

It is so good to see you back after so long an absence. Maya Angelou certainly got it right in the quote you included. I know ankles can be a challenge in many way. Sounds like yours gave you the opportunity to learn from the experience and you have decided to to so and move on to the lovely possibilities life shall offer you in the future.
