Hello Sweet Souls 
How are you today?
We went to the city today. Yuck.
Lunch. Sam's. Dollar store. Fuel station.
In my younger years, I grooved on the city's energy. Now it all seems to be negative energy.
The only positive person seemed to be the young man working the pharmacy counter. We have conversed with him many times and he is a delight.
Then there were all the grumpy, on their phones, get out of their way people.
I was hoping for Christmas cheer.
Oh well. Next time I might wear a Santa hat like the gentleman at the pharmacy and see if that gets a smile from the grinchy people. I wonder if I can find one with jingle bells attached, LOL.
If you can, smile at the people around you

Pony, I can just see you jingling through the city in that Santa hat 🤶✨. Even when folks seem grumpy, your reminder to smile is spot on—it’s amazing how one spark of cheer can shift the whole mood.
I default to a smile and a 'How are you?' with everybody. I get smiles back that way

I see you feel the way I do about the Holiday Season here, they need to go back to the old days where everyone was happy and pleasant. Since everything has been so commercialized it doesn't feel like the Old Fashioned Christmas's we used to have.
A smile really can make someones day. And I hope your Tuesday brings you much happiness and lots of smiles..

Lol.. I'm usually asking the people why they are driving like idiots on my way to & from work. Or I'm singing the chorus from "Eye in the Sky" by the Alan Parson Project. "I can read your mind (looking at you)". Usually when I know someone is going to cut me off. Gotta love Sin City.

I see lots of smiles but I smile first. However, it's difficult for people, struggling with the economy, to maintain Christmas cheer. Give the city a second chance 😇

The economy is always tough. I never felt like it was easy. I usually worried about income. That's the only aspect I could control.
