How are you?
Today was chilly and tomorrow will be frigid. It is that time of year.
I was so surprised at how many of you are getting snow. I hope you are staying safe and warm.
We have started watching House of Guinness on net flix. It is allegedly based on true stories. It is drama, foreign accents (for me), lively music with a touch of rough behavior. It is only 8 episodes, so not a long term commitment. I am enjoying it as I learn the characters.

Glen Powell plays "Chad Powers" in a sit-com about the exploits of an ineligible (too old) college football player with the arm of a cannon. He has to wear a disguise to mask his identity. It's well-written and mild fun. 😂

Hello Pony Luv, I have heard about the show but, meh. I saw a YouTube video that told the history of the Guinness clan. It is an interesting listen.
Everytime I visit Dublin I find myself at their brewery, taking the tour and enjoying the skyline of Dublin from their bar at the top floor. Even though I'm not a beer drinker. Lol.
It looks like today will be the last day in the 80's then we will plummet towards the 50's in a week. Gotta love the desert weather in Sin City.
Ohhh you have toured their brewery? How fun!! I have been to Budweiser and Coors. A dark beer still seems exotic to me. I also think a foreign accent giving the tour would be more fun, LOL.

Never snows? You must be southern.
Oklahoma is never guaranteed snow. We are more inclined to get sleet or freezing rain. Both disastrous to our power grid.

Still feeling the sting of the Blue Jays losing Game 7 of the World Series… that one hurt. Now my attention’s shifting to the NHL and NBA — always something to keep me entertained this time of year.
Snow is tapering off here, will make commuting to work Tuesday to Thursday ‘interesting’ 😕

I love hockey. We had season tickets years ago when Oklahoma City had a farm team. I miss the excitement.

I'm mostly still working my way through the entire X-Files series. Sprinkled in with a couple of so-so things on Amazon. (Nothing too exciting.)
And of course college football, but the whole YouTubeTV / ESPN (Disney) dispute is really killing that now! 😡
I am contemplating upping my Disney subscription to include ESPN. College football is important in our house too.

Really? Hhhmmmm when we were in Colorado at the Coors brewery, they had a certain recipe ... Batch 19 or something. Everyone agreed it was the best flavor. However you can only get it in Colorado and only on tap.

We just finished 10 seasons of Blacklist. Great for the first 5-6 seasons, then got stupid. I don't know why we kept watching. Ugh.

I prefer reading or research. Cowboy prefers tv. So I do my thing with a reading lamp by my chair and he has the tv on.
