How are you?
I slept beautifully last night. I took matters into my own hands to guarantee good sleep 
I woke up with all sorts of energy. And did too much today. Laundry. Ironing. Cooked chicken for my lunches. Rode my exercise bike. Worked with hand weights. Cleaned the floors. Made a Mexican casserole for tonight's dinner. And tomorrows leftovers
By the time I was cooking dinner, my back and legs were aching, LOL. Next time I wake up energetic, I need to sit my hiney back down, LOL.

Hello Pony luv, sometimes self love is needed for a good sleep. I ran errands and did some chores and, grilled up a steak, baked tater and ears of corn. All in all a good day.

Wow you were a very busy lady yesterday and so glad you got so much accomplished. Your Mexican casserole sounds delicious hun, I do enjoy making enchilada casserole myself when I can, as hubby would rather have enchiladas.
I am sorry your back started hurting mine has been for about a month now. I hope your back stops hurting and you enjoy your Tuesday..

I need to make enchilada casserole soon. Its been too long.
I hope you get your back healed. Back pain is so debilitating. I have had great luck doing slow toe touches. It opens my spine. Plus ice. If that doesn't help, I go to the chiropractor.

A good night's sleep is amazing! I love a good Mexican casserole. Hubby made Tuna casserole last night. It was yummy!
