How are you?
Football today has been wonky. OU Sooners lost. Other games have been won in the last few minutes. Some really goofy plays going on.
So I could watch the games, I put a beef roast in the slow cooker to make street tacos for dinner. Oh my goodness they were good. I toasted tortillas in the skillet to get them crisp and warm. Yum! The few minutes were so worth it! It elevated the whole meal. Usually we toss them in the microwave. The skillet toasting was an amazing improvement.
Like we needed another reason to crave tacos .....
So what is your favorite type of taco?

I hardly ever use the microwave
Sorry to hear your Sooners lost, hopefully they will win their next game. Your street tacos sound really good. My favorite tacos would be Okie Tacos, where you put hamburger on on half of the tortilla and then fold it over in a skillet with just a bit of oil in the bottom of the pan so they don't stick. They are delicious.

Pink - very satisfying, though somewhat lacking in nutritional value.
We LOVE tacos! Ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mild salsa, and sour cream for me. Goes great with a Margarita!
I haven't eaten tacos for ages. Yummy!
Do enjoy a taco occasionally. The walking taco as often as possible. Busy day for me running the convention and a success. Have a blessed Sunday.
