I rode my exercise bike today. My knee is a little stiff but it works. I miss my younger years when nothing hurt after a fall 
Have you been shopping lately? We went to Sam's Club the other day and the Halloween candy is on the shelves as well as school supplies. And toys .... I am thinking toys for Christmas.
It's still summer!! Not even Autumn. What is the big rush?
I'm still enjoying fresh watermelon.

If I may suggest, next time you are in a town that has a bike shop, go to the shop and ask if they can show you the best position of the seat for you. This is to save your knees from damage. If your legs 🦵 🦵 are bent like this, you'll damage your knees. Your seat needs to go higher so you are not putting all the strain on the knees. The strain needs to be placed on the calfs and thighs. It's worth checking out, if you don't already know about it. Have fun and happy riding. You won't believe how sexy and strong your legs will become. 👍 👌 😎 🚲 🚴♂️
The fit advice I always got was that there should be a very slight bend of the knee when your foot is at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
The closest bike shop is in Oklahoma Coty - an hour away. I will double check my seat placement. It is always good to be safe

Rode your exercise bike? What would possess you to do that? Lol as busy as you are I think I would avoid doing that....I can think of better ways to get exercise.

Store shelves blend one season into another. I do my best to ignore them.
Being IN the store sure encourages me to do my shopping online, LOL.
This is why I hate the Holidays as it's become so commercialized. The stores need to go back to when they started advertising for Christmas after Thanksgiving etc!!
I for one am looking forward to Autumn as it's my favorite time of the year, cooler temperature and beautiful colors.

I just bought another watermelon. I could eat it every day...oh wait...I do! I also love a good Watermelon/Feta salad. Mmmmm
We will eat watermelon every day until its gone. Then buy another and start eating again, LOL.
