What a Wednesday! I swear I worked from the time I rolled out of bed until I sat down to eat dinner after 7pm. I did get a lot done, thank goodness. After I was done with house chores, I went outside to practice using my pond vacuum. The hose gets so heavy! I know its filled with water, it just seems it should be more like my house vacuum hose - lightweight, LOL. Oh well, I vacuumed some of the debris from the big rocks and bottom of the pond. Then I dropped my shorts and slipped into the water.
Instant mood changer. I went from hot and exhausted, to cool and blissful. I trimmed dead stuff from the water plants. Found sitting space for several taro plants and a few cannas. It's looking tropical again.
And I shared space, sitting quietly, with my fishies. I love to sit on the rocks and watch as the fish come closer trying to decide if I am a threat. Then finally, finally, they try to nibble on me, deciding if I am food. It's so cute.
I don't name my fish. I can't even tell all of them apart. A few are unique which makes them easier to track. The small Butterfly Koi I picked up last year have easily doubled in size. Possibly tripled. Such good, growing babies.
Not to self - algae is fattening, LOL.

Sounds like it was a busy and tiring day. Happy to hear you could drop your shorts, (Wearing no panties, I hope.) and cool off sitting in the pond and just be.

Go ahead and burst my bubble by telling me you had something like a swimsuit under your shorts.
I had a t shirt on top and panties under the shorts. I was stirring up bottom muck. I do not want to get that caught in my nooks and crannies, hehehe.
@PonyGirl1965 I'm glad I wasn't the only one asking if you had anything under your shorts. Don't people spend a bunch of money using a mud / muck bath ?
Sounds like you had a great but hard day yesterday I bet the pond water did feel good after your long hard day.

I would have thought working from the time you get up until dinner was "just another day" for you.
You mention dropping your shorts, but no mention of your top. So the implication is you were already topless. Ummm - what a lovely thought. 😍 Glad you got a lovely respite in the pond regardless.
I kept the t shirt on so I wouldn't burn anything important

Hello Pony Luv, isn't it nice to relax in some water after a long day? Late last night I was on the pool vacuuming away the sand and algae (gotta love the wind storms we get in Sin City) then I was sitting watching the stars parade across the sky, until I remembered I had to work today. Sigh. Oh well, there is tonight to look forward to.
Work might pay the bills but it also spoils so many fun aspects of a good life
