How are you?
Today I got old.
I got some muscle or tendon or something caught at the base of my shoulder blade.
It hurt like heck!
I was not wrestling a bear or even a horse.
I was changing the sheets on my bed. It turns out the mattress must have gained weight since the last time I lifted it, LOL.
Getting old is not for the weak.

I cannot imagine YOU ever getting old but it does suck when ones body starts coming up with ways to tell you that it is.
Aging is definitely not for the weak or the meek.
I threw out my back a few years ago, sorting receipts. 😐

I am sorry that happened to you, it's funny how we can do the simplest of things and have something happen to us. Just from carrying groceries it's happened to me and I couldn't lift or use my are for over a week or so.

Perhaps needless to say upon getting home after 2 weeks away the yard was a disaster. PLUS I was late getting the annuals, and the veggie garden, installed. Five plus days later it all was done, but by the end I was nearly paralyzed, and ended up using a cane and a walker briefly. I'm slowly recovering now but surely this was a sign of age!
I cannot imagine you using a cane or walker except for some naughty, sexy play

@justskin1 I had to contact S and inform her that the much-needed reunion sex session had to be delayed due to injury. She was disappointed of course but understood.

Yes, It does suk, but happens to all of us who survive. And old injuries catching up with us.
A hot bath can help, and if you have tiger balm, get your bo to rub some into that part of your body. That warms it up, and can help to loosen the area. Do the tiger balm after the bath. 💋
Oh jeez, that’s the worst. If it’s still bothering you I recommend some lidocaine cream.
I asked Cowboy to rub it with the cream soon after I did it. It is a lifesaver for sure.

It is not necessarily what one does but how we bend that causes this. Use to when would happen to me I would drive couple hours to my daughters and she would fix me. But now she lives over five hours away. Just hurt until it heals on it own. She teaches other doctors this specialty. Hugs
