Kim Wexler and Gus Fring are two of my favorite charaters in TV history. They were so convincing in their roles, I really believed they could pull off what their character were asked to do in the script.This is becuse of amazing charater development. When things happen to a character that has been properly developed, you really feel what they are going through (Kim crying on the bus, Gus being killed by Walter) and it hits you hard, really hard !!
This is the problem with a lot of newer shows I watch... poor character development. A lot of shows have a script that is tight, great production value, the location works, and there is chemistry between characters. The problem is I don't usually feel anything when something happens to their character, good or bad. In a TV show there is no excuse bec there are many episodes to build a great character. Movies usually have less time to do this, but the great directors still manage to accomplish a character with some depth.
What are some shows you guys are into or have already watched and have some thoughts?

I love this actor he's my favourite since when I was young i watched him in more of films.. good girl good
Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad, were both great. Devs also caught my eye. I try to stay away from TV series as I'm easily sucked in: I can't manage yet another time-drainer. 😲😂
These days I look for light-hearted fair: Only Murders in The Building is starting up for another season. Meryl Streep was great last year. 👍
I have heard Devs is really great but haven't checked it out yet. I haven't seen Only Murders yet either. I will check them both out. Thanks 👍

If you watch "Only Murders..." SE3 with Meryl is the worthy one.
