I hope your protein levels go up. Fortunately there are a lot of high protein foods around, like beef, pork, chicken, fish, milk, yogurt, eggs, beans and nuts, as well as protein shakes.
@spunkycumfun Yes, but I need to be caution on nuts and beans, which is not suitable for dialysis patients due to high in potassium and phosphorus, which can strain the kidneys further.
If it’s recommended to you it sounds like it’s a good way get your protein levels back up. Good luck with it and I hope you get good results.
@Dusty_bawls02 Yup, drinking protein milk is easier for the body to absorb too. Hopefully the protein level will go up and I won't feel so tired all the time.
