This is pushing our bodies in starvation mode... really salute the men in training.
I felt like losing weight too with my gallstone pain while watching this. I have not been able to eat much lately too as eating only made my pain worse. Still under strong pain meds and antibiotics for another week or so. Sigh... I only hope this pain will go away on it's own without surgery requested, since the med team deemed my heart too weak for General anesthesia.
Only today I managed to eat a few mouthfuls of home cooked porridge without throwing up. (thanks to the anti vomit med) so I can really empathized watching these men in starving mode too.

When I was in the military I did a couple of survival courses over the years so that video brought back a few memories lol. I hope you start feeling better soon.
@Dusty_bawls02 I laughed when they joked about the latest make up series (camouflage creams)... it was funny.
Wow... challenging adventure that might interest me — without the army theme.
@Paulxx001 Yup, some adventures are fun... like exploring wild terrains, trekking activities, then camping and bbq with cold beers. That will be nice!
I don't think I'd like to go into starvation mode.
@spunkycumfun Same here! That is scary, with all the bug bites and dangerous creatures in the forest.
