Supply the tortillas; cheeses and sauces and have the pot luckers bring fixins
@topherific I will love that... but some people might not want to eat that... saying salt content... what type of meat... blah, blah, blah...
Here's shepherd's pie is made with lamb mince. Pies made with beef mince are called cottage pies.
@spunkycumfun I see! For us Eurasians, we will mix minced pork, chicken and beef for our traditional shepherd pie... or minced lamb with beef as 2nd option. But lamb meat is hard to get so usually I just order minced mutton from online. Over here in SG, lamb is the more pricier cut of meat. Beef is not cheap too as most people here do not consume much beef.
@Lady_Elizabella Chicken mince isn't widely eaten here.
@spunkycumfun Precisely, I have never done purely chicken minced shepherd pie... but the Muslim here cannot eat pork, the Buddhist and Hindu here cannot eat beef... then my favourite mutton/lamb some people also said high cholesterol... then some are vegans... only such a small group of 9 pax but so many no to this and that.
That may depend on how hungry they are
@Goodfun4jb True, SG is a food paradise. There's food available 24/7 so people ain't that hungry enough.
